Main features

Product Description

BONDERITE® C-AD 4215 AERO is a clear, colorless liquid additive formulated to enhance the cleaning performance of BONDERITE® C-AK 4215 AERO and other alkaline cleaners when difficult-to-remove soils are encountered. Suitable for both spray and immersion cleaning systems, the additive readily dissolves into alkaline cleaning baths, is compatible with ferrous and nonferrous alloys when used with a compatible base cleaner, and rinses cleanly from treated parts with cool to warm water.

Key Features

  • Cleaning-performance enhancer for BONDERITE® C-AK 4215 AERO and other compatible alkaline cleaners.
  • Low addition rate of only 1–2% by volume minimizes changes to existing cleaning processes.
  • Suitable for spray and immersion systems with recommended air or mechanical agitation for immersion cleaning.
  • Compatible with ferrous and nonferrous alloys when the selected alkaline cleaner is also compatible.
  • Readily soluble and free-rinsing for efficient incorporation into alkaline cleaning baths.

Applications / Suitable for

  • Enhancing alkaline cleaner performance
  • Spray alkaline cleaning systems
  • Immersion alkaline cleaning systems
  • Cleaning difficult-to-remove soils

Specific Gravity
Specific gravity (SG) is the ratio of the density of a substance to the density of a reference substance; equivalently, it is the ratio of the mass of a substance to the mass of a reference substance for the same given volume. For liquids, the reference substance is almost always water (1), while for gases, it is air (1.18) at room temperature. Specific gravity is unitless.
